ni_670x.o for NI6704

Dear Comedi,

I'm using Comedi/ni_670x.o driver for NI 6704.
The device ID of NI 6704 is "0x1920" (the comment
in source code said it's unknown)

Simply add Device ID "0x1920" for NI 6704 to ni_670x.c
will be good enough for user to call "comedi_data_write"
and "comedi_data_read" (I didn't test other stuff).

The range setup is not correct for 6704 current source
channels (ch16-31), they should be 0~20.48 mA ... (I'm
not familar with Comedi ... so, don't know how to fix it now ...)
